I’ve been trying to download/install my latest products on my secondary computer.
Previous installs have gone smoothly, but this last week I’ve been getting the same message on all products:
Download of “(…)” has stopped. The received file was too short.
Can anyone help?
It sounds like you have some kind of internet filter enabled. If you can’t figure out what it is and disable it, maybe you can use an anonymous VPN to circumvent it? If no success, please use the Contact Support button in this FAQ: https://www.toontrack.com/faq/how-do-i-contact-support/
