Error 1935 An error occurred during the installation of assembly component

Hello & Seasons Greetings,

I’ve been very successful in installing all my Toontrack products, however, on my last install  was Toontrack Solo and I keep getting the dreaded “Error 1935 “An error occurred during the installation of assembly component.  This occurred for both the 32-bit & 64-bit installs.”  I’ve attached a file to show specifics.

I’ve also deleted the download “Toontrack_solo_WIN_132.zip” & downloaded the zip file again.  BTW, I’ve unzipped these files to get the .exe install files.  Every install, 32-bit & 64-bit, failed with ERROR 1935.

I do not how to proceed from this point.  Can anyone sort this out for me?

Hi,

I’ve searched a bit for this error message and found some things that could help:

• Reboot.
• Repair .NET installations in Add/Remove Programs.
• Disable adware programs and similar.
• Try Microsoft’s troubleshooter utility
• Reinstall Windows.
