Email reset on my password

Hi There.

My email reset is not working for my old account.

I had to start this new one to get through to this section.

I try to reset the email password on your website (because I cant remember it) and I get a message saying reset email has been sent to my email but I never receive it and no its not in my junk or spam folder.

I am trying to download my old S2.0 and its sound library .

Can you please help me to log on again?

I wont give you the original email yet as I dont think it will be private on this post, can you please contact me on this log in email so I may provide it.
