    Hello Scott (Toontrack)

I sent this to your support yesterday –

“I just paid for an ezmix bundle of 6 extra packs but I can only access 1 of these which is Amps? Please help!
Also, in Studio One the ezmix GUI is tiny, is there a way to fix this or are you working on a solution?
    Thanks, regards
    Tim (London)”

Hello, you will notice, I have almost the whole toontrack library. Just bought the ezx version of classic rock but I regret not buying the whole sdx. Can I cross grade up to the sdx version of classic rock?

    thanks

I have tried the ‘Contact Support’ button at the bottom of the FAQ page, but I cannot get it to work.  I have tried on my phone as well as desktop and I have used several different web browsers.  How can I get in contact about a problem with an order? Thanks.

What was the order number? I can pass the info along to support and someone will get back to you.

I see you’ve registered your 3 serial numbers. Are you still have trouble?

You say “put”. Did that mean you downloaded them and ran the installers or just downloaded them? If you ran the installers for all 5 separate S3 install packages and open S3, they should load the library. If not, you can manually set the path as outlined in the manual here:
