Easy Keys upright piano install problem

I just got the 49.00 Ez Key upright, and when I go to install it I get an error message “no ezkeys product found. you must first make sure you have a working installation of easy keys before you can install the update.” I’m trying to install EZkeys Player 64-bit Installer.
