I’ve got a similar issue to Peter Lemer (older post) only that I have EZdrummer VST installed (and visible in /library/audio/plugin/vst). EZdrummer loads fine in Cubase, but ToonTrack Solo can’t pick it up. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled TTS 1.1.2 but still no drummer available. What a pain…
Any ideas ???
I don’t think it has anything to do with it, but I’m using the internal sound card of the Macbook for the audio. I’ll get an external audio interface later. I can’t see how that would prevent TTS from “seeing” the VST though !!!
Thanks
Do you mean that the VST path is correctly displayed when you start up Toontrack solo or do you mean that there is an ‘EZdrummer.vst’ file in ~Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/?
Best Regards,

Exactly, when I did a search for “VST” in the finder, the EZdrummer.vst showed fine in the Library folder. However, when I indicated the path to the vst in Toontrack Solo, it couldn’t load in the drummer…
NOW, I have uninstalled Toontrack Solo, and re-installed it. And……… it works !!! Go and figure
