Hi, all.
Wanted to get the input from some of you who might use ToonTrack products, combined with a Drum Pad unit (PadKontrol, Trigger Finger, Maschine, etc).
At the moment, I have a Trigger Finger. However, I would like to get a new unit that will allow me to connect a Kick Drum pedal.
I will probably be using my MacBook.
This is for a small 2-3 man project, where we will be playing small bars, etc.
Just wanted to see what type of equipment is considered “solid” for live use, etc.
Thanks
Scott

I have one of these babies in Bubinga:

I don’t have a kick pedal hooked up (you easily can) but I do have a HH pedal hooked up through an Alesis Trigger i/o to use with it.
I use to have a Korg PadKontrol and the difference in trigger response between the 2 in night and day. Of course, the price of the Zendrum reflects that.
