Drum loop keeps skipping the downbeat?

Greetings, when I program a 2 bar loop, SD3 skips the downbeat the first time it loops, each consecutive time it plays the drums properly, is this a known issue or am I programming something incorrectly? The first time the loop is played, there is a kick and ride on the downbeat. The second time the drums go “mute” on the downbeat. Every time after that the loop plays normally. ...
