Hello Support,
I bought Superior Drummer 3 today and wanted to download/install the software to my Mac via the Product Manager.
Superior Drummer 3 – Crosscrade package downloaded and installed correctly but when I try to download the Basic Sound Library the download stops after 17.5 GB. Error message: “The connection was closed without any data being received in several attempts. Please try to resume later”
I tried it already the last 2 hours but without success. I have about 800GB free space on my SSD, internet connection is also working because Room Mics is currently loading.
Please advice how to proceed.

Hi,
please contact Toontrack Support directly via the ‘Contact Support’ button found at the bottom of all FAQ pages.
They can investigate if there is a problem with the CDN closest to you (or similar).
