When trying to use product manager it says “Checking for updates” and then I get the following error – Download update had wrong checksum. I’m unable to update current SDX or download any of the SD3 library.
On Windows and located in the US
Any clues???

Hi,
closing the PM and trying again a while later does not help?

Thanked by: johndavidThanks John, Olof,
Trying later didn’t help, but I did find the culprit. I have an web filter on this computer that was installed years ago (don’t even have the password anymore and it’s not really updated/supported by the vendor). When I logged in and tried to download via the toontracks website, I can see all my updates, except for the SD3 sound library. I tried to download SD3 and discovered the web filter was blocking your content servers!?!? I could swear that I used PM about a year or more ago without issue, but FWIW BlueCoat’s K9web filter is now blocking the content servers…
Long story short, I’m able to manually download the installation files through PM at work and then transfer them to my DAW. A bit cumbersome, but so happy to get the sounds loaded and begin using SD3 more in depth! I was able to load some other SDX’s last night and SD3’s workflow is soooo nice. Great work as usual from the Toontrack developers!
