    Hi,

Try pressing cmd-R to refresh products and download data, then resume.

Thankyou Olaf, that took care of it – it had about one second more of downloading to do!

I’m getting this error when installing on a new machine, and the above workaround doesn’t help.

I also tried deleting the download and restarting.

Is there something else I can do?

I’m running into the same issue trying to download ‘The rock foundry’ today. Have tried the above, also tried restarting the download from scratch with no luck.

Brand new user here – but I’m getting the same message, and the workaround isn’t working for me either. Also tried restarting the download from scratch too.

I’ve tried to purge the caches for that file now, hopefully it helped?

Also in this case, try to restart PM (or refreshing with cmd-R), because we have fixed something with the product/downloads data sent from the server.
