I will die of old age before I can download the dozen SDX and EZKeys downloads I have in my queue. My download speedtest is 209Mbps and the Toontrack server is pulling a laughable rate of 40Kbps. And no phone number for Customer Service to call. If there was, I am sure they would tell me that it is Sunday and the server is very busy and to set my alarm for 3 AM when not so many people are attempting to download. Maybe Toontrack should try being a real company and provide a download platform that works the same 24/7 that you are open for selling products and collecting our money.
It must be you I have no problems and I have over 50 gigs of stuff from Toontrack’s probably more
I guess if they had Customer Service to call I could check that, however I am on a brand new MacBook Pro and downloaded all of Nuendo 11 in about 12 minutes prior to running into the Toontrack Product Manager pinhole download portal. At 47 Kbps the current download estimate is for 50 hrs for just one SDX file…

please contact Toontrack Support directly via any of the FAQ pages (there’s a ‘Contact Support’ button at the bottom of each).
It could be local, of course like AV/Firewall protection but it could also be a problem with the CDN node nearest your location.
