Download problem and I can't connect to Toontrack Product Manager

    Hi,

    certain products can be downloaded from your account via the web interface, others (like SDX libraries) can’t.

    Regarding the connection error, please try this:
    Open Preferences in Product Manager, click “Change Settings…” (for proxies), untick the checkboxes for all protocols and click OK.
