I purchased EZ mix 2 and none of the products I’ve purchased will download through the site or the PM. My internet is working, so what’s going on?
All of your products are showing as installed. Are you still having issues downloading?

Can someone from toon Track explain to us why We can Not download our products with Product manager. Couple of days ago I purchased the SDX Foundry Library Bundle and the New SDX Percussion, but even upto now I keep on getting …. download stoped connection timeout… waiting would be aproblem but no one from Toon… has fully and clearly explained, if the app Needs Upgrade to match my Mac 10.14.5 its better u let us know how long it will take than allowing the purchase when we can not receive our products it Frustrates.
I’m having the same problem as well. What is required to get these damn files downloaded!!!!!
Anyone ever get an answer…I am having the same issues?
