    Hi,

    where are you located? What is your connection type and speed?
    Do you only have internet connection problems with the Toontrack server?

    I downloaded the Avatar S2.0 Core Library 1.4.2, all 19 GB of it with the Windows version of the manager. It said download completed, and verification completed, but then file could not be moved, so the whole thing stopped. It was paused and couldn’t be restated. Ran as Admin. Tried running the installer in the directory. No go. Only option was to delete and try the full day’s download again. Now it won’t get past 5.6 MB. Capture.PNG

    I do have the old DVDs, with Core Library 1.1.1. and it seems to work to use the stand alone Toontrack Solo with SD 2.0 then to click settings and Add Path to Library then set the path to the SL-Avatar folder.

    Located in Russia. I use a cable connection with a speed of 100 Mb/s. And yes, problem only with Toontrack server. For example, I can download my purchased products from positivegrid.com, native-instruments.com and other. For now I can’t download anything from Toontrack web site (by using Project Manager or if I downloaded directly from web browser). I have the feeling that there is a block on the IP addresses of my country. I tried to use a proxy server in another country and only using them I was able to be updated.
