Hi,
I’m looking for an easy (sic) way of tweaking ezdrummer 2 drums individually. For example, on a snare drum, I want to be able to put a compressor and reverb on it. On the bass drum I want to EQ it etc.
Does EZmix2 have something mapped out that works in tandem with EZdrummer2? And can I also use waves or other plugins within that?
Basically I don’t know how to map out the whole drumkit into different tracks (for each drum) and add effects etc to it. I’ve been on the fence about exmix 2, but if it helps with that aspect, I’ll probably pull the trigger.

That is the way you’d have to do it. Ezmix doesn’t load inside the EZD 2 plugin. You’d need to multi-out to your DAW and add EZmix that way. It’s how I work and it work great.

Thanks Scott.
Is there a good vid or something on how to “multi out” via the DAW?
I know this is more of a DAW question but if there is something out there specific to ezdrummer 2 that would be great.
Once I have the multi outs sorted, are threr presets for individual drums etc in EZmix 2?
What DAW are you using?
Yes, EZmix had specific kit piece presets. There are even genre specific or instrument specific preset packs available.
