Does EZKEYS work with Windows vista ?

Hi , i ve downloaded EZkeys grand piano, unzipped the file as asked and click on install and nothing happens !!!
for the installer it s seems to be working only for at least windows 7 ;

So my question is : are you sure you re selling a product that works on windows vista ?????

The minimum system requirements for EZkeys is Windows 7 and higher. Vista is not supported.

well now it becomes obvious why I can’t use the piano without changing my OS.(windows 7 minimum)
what you should do then is change the mention “Windows XP or newer ” on the requirements on internet and on the retail boxes of your products.

for now unfortunately i m not able to use it on my computer. Even though I ve made a try on another computer a friend lended me to check what was going on !

From the Toontrack EZkeys Grand Piano product page:

As far as I’m aware, Toontrack has gone to an online delivery system only and doesn’t produce boxed products. That doesn’t mean some retailers may have years old boxes in stock though.
