does ezdrummer 2 work with pro tools 10?

Ezdrummer 2 works in PT 10 and 11 no problems. Probably get more responses if you post this in the EZDrummer DAW technical forum.

…and make sure you are inserting it on a Stereo Instrument Track, it will not show up in the list on Mono Tracks.
