I spent alot of Money with toontrack gear, dont move my post like im some loser asking for free stuff.

Your link you referred to, wont allow me to view it, so an explanation of what was wrong would be better than trying to make me fetch it all over the site, when i cant access it anyway.

On my laptop in windows 7, ez drummer gives the message Can NOT Find or Open file” when I try to drag the betas into the daw track.

It seems it is looking for the files but doesnt find them, even though the installation went as scheduled.

Never had this problem in vista on my pc.

Ok, well I wasnt given that link. I dont understand the purpose of this forum then.

My link is taken from the top thread of this Forum that reads ‘IMPORTANT PLEASE READ’.

This particular forum is ‘EZdrummer Pre-sales’. It is for asking pre-sales question.

Normally, Support Forum access is automatically granted when said user uses the same email address for their forum account as their Toontrack account. When they are different, the system doesn’t know if a user is a registered user or not.

When that happens, the user can contact Toontrack either through the Support Portal (as suggested in the link I posted above) or, since it’s the middle of the night in Sweden, you can contact me though this forum’s PM system, supply your Toontrack account email address, and I can unlock the Support Forums.
