In Product Manager, it says that all my products are up to date. But if I log into my Toontrack account on your web page, it says there are updates available [screenshots attached]. Shouldn’t this by synced so that the same information is available for my account? Which is correct? Thank you.
Hi,
the Product Manager is correct because it can read what is actually on your drive. The online account web page cannot “know” what actually is on your hard drive. Toontrack always advise users to use the Product Manager.
