Discount no being added to 20% discount

20% discount not getting deducted from order in shopping cart.

 

See image below where it confirm original cost of expansion pack is EUR 60

Then the special offer days:
EZKEYS SOUND EXPANSIONS – 20% OFF!

When I go to shopping cart it show EUR 60. Which does not include the 20% discount.

Can you please fix this and advise.
