Did I just mess up really bad? MIDI pack question

What’s up guys,

I just bought the Songwriter’s Drumpack 2, and was under the impression that I could simply copy and paste MIDI codes into my drum tracks in Logic.. After reading the ‘Read Me’ file that comes with the installer, it tells me that I need a working version of EZDrummer/Superior and that the MIDI pack will be automatically copied to the appropriate location on my hard drive. Is there no way I can use the MIDI pack without them? I have neither of those, and as a college student making $7.25/hour part time, I’m really not at a point where I can buy them.

well, Toontrack products are a requirement. At the very least you should own EZplayer pro to organize and convert the files to standard GM, assuming you have a suitable sound source (drum sampler).
