it is not 64-bit compatible, no. If you run a 32-bit environment, it *should* work but it isn’t officially supported and I can not recommend going Superior 2 enough.
I’m afraid the direct upgrade from Superior 1 is no longer available (it was maintained for over 2 years after S2.0 initial release). This crossgrade will allow you to upgrade at a lower price point however:
