So I posted this in another topic but now realize it should be it’s own. I’m trying to install a demo of EZKeys and can’t seem to make it work. I’ve tried the Grang Piano, the Upright and the Electric demos and they all go through the installation process and the libraries are installed but the standalone app and the plug-ins are not there. Help please? I’m very interested in this app but I’m getting very frustrated and am about to move on.

Hi,
do you not get a Toontrack folder in your Applications folder?
If you do, is there anything in it?
Did you run into any kind of messages during install?
Any particular reasons you are still on 10.9.5?

Thought I replies to this but apparently it didn’t make it.
I do have a Toontrack folder in Apps but it only contains Drumtracker, EZKeys does not get added.
No messages on install, in fact installer tells me the app is in the folder in a Toontrack folder , but it is not.
No particular reason for 10.9.5 except tired of updating.
Thanks
If you go to ‘{Mac HD}/Users/Shared/Toontrack’, there’s an ‘Installerlog.log’ file. Can you please post it here?
You probably need to ZIP Compress it to be able to upload it.

So I uninstalled EZ Keys yeserday and now when I run the installer, I get nothing in the {Mac HD}/Users/Shared/Toontrack’ folder.
The files are in the Library/ApplicationSupport/EZKeys folder, though.
I going to re-download the installer and start from scratch.
Nope. Nothing in the Users/Shares/Toontrack/EZKeys folder.
Nothing in the Applications/Toontrack folder either. (It was already there from Drumtracker.)
Sorry that you are experiencing problems.
Could you please post a screen shot of the contents of your ‘Library/ApplicationSupport/EZKeys folder’?
So, to recap from your first post; you ran 3 Demo installers after one another and neither of them left a standalone app or a plugin?
Or did you run one, try it, then install another?
Have you uninstalled all of them then reinstalled all of them? Or just one?
