Deleting My Account

How can I contact customer service to have my account deleted? I’ve tried to do so myself but it’ll only let me if I have purchased a product and have a serial number (which I haven’t).

I have a similar concern. I keep getting emails for topics and posts that i have nothing to do with. For instance-I got an email for this post-lol!  But I’m not subcribed…

This doesn’t work. I haven’t purchased a Toontrack product so I don’t have a serial number which means I can’t send a message to customer support. I just want my account deleted. Can someone please help me?

Yes,  it will work. You don’t need a serial number. Fill out the form with the info you know and use the “Other” option. Select anything for “Product”. See my pic.
