ddrum trigger compatibility?

I want to convert my acoustic kit to electronic using mesh heads, ddrum triggers, and yamaha dtx700 module.

Anyone know if I can use the ddrum triggers snare/rimshot with the Yamaha dtx700 module? noobie with this. I’m thinking no. I looked at the user manual and did not find any function to indicate that the rim will need to be converted to switch. If not, I guess build the Raper circuit and I will be good to go?
