Couldn’t download EZKEYS CLASSIC ELECTRICS – expansion pack. File error. No download label for it on my account. What’s there to do?

To add on, I am also having the same problem with the Mellotoon expansion purchased today. I’m guessing it takes some time to update? I’ll check back tomorrow and see if it’s there to download then.

not able to download Mellotoon expansion pack I purchase from Sweetwater. When trying to download I get a message saying I need a EZKey product, which I do own the classic electrics already downloaded and authorize on my computer.

Personally I have no problem downloading either product.

Same here! Could not download “EZkeys Upright Piano – Sound-expansion”. Getting “file ID error” and no download link when I open “My products”. All the other products are having a download link but not this one. I own the classic electrics already and it´s authorized on my computer.

Thanks John. I don’t think downloading the product is the issue. It’s the link to the location of the download. Screenshot attached.

I still have the same problem with downloading sound expansion. It’a not solved. Still have file ID error

Download worked for me and successfully installed although I got a strange message saying Google Chrome blocked the download.

Worked 4 me now! Thanks for sorting out this strange error.
Yea! I also had problems with Chrome download. It thinks the download file is dangerous. It worked with Explorer now when the Tech guys at Toontrack sorted out the problem.
