I am having problems loading newly purchased midi packs. I am using High Sierra 10.13.4 on an iMac. 3.4 Gzh intel core i7. 8 Gig 2 1600 MHz DDR3.
I get an error prompt that says “could not read config file”
What might be the work around so that I can load my midi files?
Thanks in advance!!

What do you mean by “make a new path”? What are you trying to do and what is the error? Show it with a screenshot?
Have you installed and launched the Product Manager application (from Applications > Toontrack)?

Start the installation from the Product Manager application to avoid this error.
