I am trying to contact support (I wish this company wouldn’t make it so difficult, when the solution is simply adding a support email we could contact, instead of the device currently on the website). I am trying to either get support for operating my purchase, or a refund please.
This was the message I am trying to send: Hello. I was hoping to download this pipe organ VST, and use it in Kontakt, Komplete Kontrol (native instruments), and Pro Tools (I have Pro Tools Studio perpetual license, which is not an option in your roster). If I have to purchase and use EZ Keys, I would like a refund please, as I only have the funds for the VST. I cannot afford to purchase more software. Unless there is a way I can use this VST without EZ Keys software. I hope you can understand. Thank you.

I don’t use EZKeys but until I understand the pipe organ is not VSTi that you can load into Kontakt or any other. The organs and other keys need to be managed into EZKeys, as they are just expansions to the main software. See the note in the pipe organ:
This is an expansion that works with both EZkeys 1 and EZkeys 2. Note: This product only comes with a sound library – no MIDI or software is included. See full system requirements at the bottom of this page.
And the system requirements:
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS.
620 MB free disk space (plus 580 MB for download), 4 GB RAM (8 GB or more recommended).
A working EZkeys 2.0.0 (or above) or a EZkeys 1.2.5 (or above) installation.

I mean it’s clear as day they only work in EZkeys. It says it in many various places. Maybe read a little more before purchasing plug-ins.
