Hey Guys,
Just a suggestion. Maybe it would be a good idea to also put the “Contact Support” button everywhere in the “Contact Support/FAQ”. I get the idea that you want people to check to see if their issue is covered in a FAQ but if a question I have is not even listed I would not even click a question to know to find the button at the bottom. Seems counter intuitive. I see that you now have a “Note” at the top of the FAQ but that just means after searching to see if my question is in the FAQ I still have to click a random question to contact support.
Though I understand you are likely trying to avoid being inundated with support emails for things answered in the FAQ, contacting you directly should be the easiest thing you find on the web site. For having almost $1000 in your product, I should have speed dial access!
Thanks
Drew

Hello,
I purchased EZBASS at the store, in which there is a license number on the receipt but I can’t seem to download the software to my MAC computer. Can someone please help. Is there a customer support number I can reach to speak to someone? Thank you!

Download the Toontrack Product Manager and log in. Register the serial number at the top. Download, install and authorize there also.

Hi, I have EZdrummer 2.2.3 installed on macOS (M1) with Cubase 12 Pro, but the VST3 plugin was never installed. It does not appear in /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3, and it’s not listed as an installable component in Toontrack Product Manager either. I can only see VST2, AU, AAX and Standalone.
Can you please provide me with the VST3 plugin file or help me manually install it?
Thank you!

EZD2 was discontinued in 2022 and supported VST2 but not VST3.
The latest version, EZD3 supports VST3.

You should be able to use EZD 2, though. I forgot how to tell Cubase 12 to show your VST2 plug-in, but it is possible. I did it when I had same issue with another software.
