I have sent 3 separate requests to contact support already in few days as they never replied (yes I had checked spam folder already and added them to the safe sender list). is this normal for this company?
I have been used with Waves and Izotope, they reply within 1 day and always solve the issues quickly if any
I was forced to create a new email just to make the purchase of EZ drummer 3 and now I wonder if I will ever be able to change the account email to the actual mine, and I am guessing contact support is not an option LOL

We couldn’t find any emails from your email address. Are you using the ‘Contact Support’ button at the bottom of any FAQ on our site? You can find it here: https://www.toontrack.com/faq/how-do-i-contact-support/
You can change your email, log in at toontrack.com using your Toontrack account, go to My Account > My Info and then the Account Details tab.

yes I used contact support and sent the request 3 separate times within few days from each one and the succesfuly sent request page appeared in green. I just changed the email in the account but now I can see the order hystroy is EMPTY. I wonder if this wont cause any issue in the product manager… let’s hope not
