Why do you make it so difficult for me to get in contact with you guys? Really frustrating. I will stick with Addictive Drums and unsubscribe to your e-mailings unless you want to get me your contact info. If I hear from you I will engage. I am/was interested in SD2. I want to ask if upgrade pricing exists. Wow 20 minutes already on this.
Perhaps you might consider putting your phone number on e mailings. Here’s an example from Cakewalk.
“Please do not reply to this email. Messages received through this address are not processed. If you need additional assistance with product registration please contact our customer service team at 1-888-CAKEWALK or http://www.cakewalk.com/Support/contact/csr.aspx “

There is an EZdrummer to S2 Crossgrade available. Currently, however, the crossgrade is more expensive ($5 more) than the Regular version since Toontrack is offering a 30% sale on the Regular version of S2.
There is no phone number offered on emailing because Toontrack doesn’t offer phone support. You should be able to contact them directly via the FAQ.

I’ve just downloaded Nashville EZX and the INSTALLER isn’t working. I’ve downloaded a ton of updates and it still doesn’t work. I purchased it along with EZ drummer as a package with Nashville being free. Is there something I’m missing? I purchased it and went through the whole process picking out which free expansion kit I wanted and it looked legit. Ez Drummer installed fine but Nashville EZ won’t install. Please help.

I sent an e mail 5 days ago to support. No response back as of yet. How long is the turn around for a response? It is an account issue with a midi drum bundle purchase. Please advise. Thank you.
This got to be thr worse experience I’ve ever had installing any software in my Life. Installed everything with care many times but I could not get it to work, I never experienced something like this. On top off that there’s not phone or chat Support, I sent an Email and No one got back to me. The worse part it I can’t even cancel the order … What Kind of Business runs like this?
It looks like your EZD3 Webshop purchase didn’t automatically register the Core Sound Library to your account like it should have. You should have 2 serial numbers for your EZD3 purchase. One for the plugin and one for the sounds library.
I’ve manually registered the Core Library to your Toontrack account. You should be able to download and install it from your Toontrack Product Manager now and shouldn’t receive the error pop-up when launching EZD3 anymore.

Where is Orchestral Percussion instructions? I’m trying to play different notes on tympani rolls, but it only allows one note ate D7 for tymp 2 Open. I’m lost.

Okay I need some help. I own superior drummer for 3 years I recently purchased ezkeys plus I own several other software. My pc took a crap and I had to reinstall windows. Toontrack claims it is tied to some email I have never had. I have receipts for all my purchases and serial numbers and I can’t seem to get any help in this matter just back and forth emails that take 24 to 48 hours to respond back.
I feel like I am a little fish in a big pond. Can someone please help me get this resolved before next year?
I can send pics of everything needed. My work flow has come to a screaching halt. I need Assistance please.

The simplest questions would be:
What is the email address that your products are registered to?
Are they registered to more than one account? If so, what are the email addresses?

I gave them all 4 of my emails and was told it wasn’t none of them. They said the dug up an email which I have never had.
