I am trying to download Made of Metal EZX and keep getting “connection timed out”
I have tried 4 different internet connections.
Is this because toontrack is experiencing high traffic due to Black Friday sales or is there a different issue I’m unaware of.
FYI I have EZD2, SD3 and several expansions downloaded through product manager and have never had this issue before.

i uninstalled totalAV and can now download.
very strange as I have never had to do this on any of the other toontrack programs
Could be a proxie issue.
Open Preferences in Product Manager, click “Change Settings…” (for proxies), untick the checkboxes for all protocols and click OK.

So I’m product manager I went
– tools
-options
– change settings (proxies)
– unticked every box in advanced tab
– restarted pc
– still won’t download
Any other ideas?
my internet is working as it should, I can access any site and have even downloaded a game off steam.
just your site giving me issues
