Hi,
Can anyone please help me? I am very confused at the moment. Today (2nd September 2017) I purchased and downloaded EZ Drummer 2.
That all works wonderfully!
A little while later I purchased ‘Big rock drums’.
However, when I tried to install Big rock drums, I am being told “You need to upgrade your Toontrack software to the latest version before you can install this product”.
Surely, If I have purchased and downloaded EZ Drummer 2 today, I ‘do’ have the latest Toontrack software?
What version number shows on the EZD2 interface? Try running the latest 2.1.4 update again.

Hi,
This is what’s displayed –
EZdrummer plug-in version 2.1.4 (build 13108) [64-bit VST]
Standalone host version 2.1.4 (build 13108)
SOUND LIBRARIES
EZdrummer 2 Modern version 1.0.2
EZdrummer 2 Vintage version 1.0.2
MIDI LIBRARIES
EZdrummer 2 Modern/Vintage version 1.0.1
EZdrummer 2 Percussion version 1.0.1
I have tried to load Big rock drums again,
It’s still telling me I need to update, damned if I know how that could be…. :((
Try running the EZD2 2.1.4 update again. Then try installing the Big Rock EZX.

Thank you Scott, that worked. What a superb addition the Big rock is too. Some really great fills in it 🙂
