Cart doesn’t update price

Hi

Looking to purchase EZ Keys and wanted the soul and funk midi packs. I’ve chosen one of those as my free option, and will be purchasing the other. In my basket it even shows that one is my ‘free option’ but the total price still shows as if I’m buying two midi packs. I’ve gone right through to inputting my details thinking it would eventually take the price off, but it hasn’t done so.

Hi,

do you still have problems with your cart?
If so, did you try emptying it, clearing the cache and adding your EZKeys item again?
What should happen is that directly after EZKeys is added to the cart, a special popup with the selection of the Free MIDI pack comes up and when selected, is added for free to the cart.

just a similar problem:
why isn’t it possible to choose the EZKeys Midi-Pack “Seventies Prog” for free if it want to purchase a EZKeys sound expansion?

Hi,

I think it is simply too new a product to be included in that list. Products just released are AFAIK never included in promos planned a long time ahead.

Yes, I had the popup which gave me the option of choosing my free item. I did so, but going in to my cart it still shows as full price, even though it states underneath the item ‘Free Product For….’. The total for my basket is 189 Euro when it should be 164. I’ve gone through to the next stage where I input my billing details, thinking it may update correctly but it still shows at 189 Euro. I’ve uploaded a screencap

We’re trying to recreate the problem. You are using Internet Explorer, right? Do you have the same problem in Firefox and Chrome?

Can you also please empty your cart and put the products back?

Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. I logged in to Chrome and it still showed the same, so I deleted the items from my cart, went back to Edge and re-added them and this time it updated correctly. Thank you.
