All of my EZKeys products no longer show up in Logic. They don’t show up when you try to locate them in “Launchpad” either.
I’ve tried to update files, I’ve tried to download and reinstall, shut off my firewall (it’s turned on again) .. I keep getting an error message “Installation encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance.” or (with midi files) “000500@EXKEYS_MIDI could not be copied” The operation couldn’t be completed. Operation not permitted.
Any help is appreciated. You only miss something when it’s not there. haha
