can´t register Sound Expansion

Hello, I have the EZKeys Upright Piano for about 1...

I have the EZKeys Upright Piano for about 1 year. Now I bought the EZKeys Sound Expansion (Retail) to get a new Piano.
But if I type in the Code, I only get this:

“EZkeys Sound Expansion requires you to already have one of the following products registered:”

The Upright Piano is listed and already registered(Full Version).

I hope someone can help.

… in the meantime all is ok in my case, after i contacted support using the web form, they quickly solved the situation – thanks again to all involved in fixing this
