CAN’T REGISTER METAL FOUNDRY PACK…… HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so I installed SD 2.o then I did the upgrade to SD 2.3 I then installed the metal foundry pack (basic install) and now when I put my serial number in to register the pack
it is telling me (please enter a valid serial number) I have done this via the toontracks site ,solo and via my Cubase 7 and it keeps not taking the number. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it and that did not help I have been at this for 2 days now and it is getting to be very frustrating. If anyone knows how to solve this problem please tell me.

Serial number issues need to be handled outside of the public forum. Please email your issue to Support@toontrack.com and make sure to include the serial number that you are having trouble registering. They will get you taken care of ASAP.
