Your store front can’t process any of my transactions. When I pick either Paypal (immediate error message) or credit card (at least can enter credit card info) it comes up with the following “Error message: Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction.
Please attempt your purchase again or go to your account page.”
In the case of Paypal, don’t know how that is possible as you never get to a Paypal site.
I’ve tried doing the transactions on two different devices, so its not a cache issue or anything like that.
Would be nice to actually take advantage of some of the holiday specials but can’t right now.
I’m experiencing the same issue. I’ve tried 3 different cards, always getting the same error message. What gives?
Having the same problem. Tried credit card and paypal. I would like to purchase before your sale runs out.
I’m starting to wonder if anyone from Toontrack is even going to respond here.

Come on Toontrack. You guys need to get your web purchase portal fixed. Do you want people’s money or not?
You would think this would be a priority for Toontrack to fix and someone from Toontrack would at least respond with an update. Nothing. Good job Toontrack.
Tried Credit Card and Paypal as well and transaction couldn’t be completed. Very frustrating!
Got a reply to my trouble ticket claiming this has been fixed. Tried to checkout, and still get the same error. Cancelled the order. Created a new order, still same issue. This is frustrating. I did reply letting Support know it’s still not fixed, and pointed to this topic.

It’s still not working for me.. I’ve tried multiple times over months. Especially when Superior had the sale! I’m getting really frustrated!
