can’t install toontrack solo

hi toontrack team !
i’ve downloaded the toontrack solo on my mac but i can’t find it in the application files !
i’ve installed and re installed many and many times but it doesn’t appear …
can you tell me why please ??

Hi,

there should be a ‘Toontrack’ folder in ‘Applications’.
I can’t find you in the database, so I can’t see what you have downloaded or not.
Did you register your Toontrack account with a different email address?

documentation folder
ez mix
and soundmover …
