I have the same issue as in https://www.toontrack.com/forums/topic/update-installation-issues/.
The solution there is to perform a full reinstall, but that does not work either.
The error is “Installer needs to be updated. The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information.”
Are you launching the installer through Product Manager? Click Show Details, then select Uninstall from the menu next to the full installer. When it has been uninstalled, click Install Product.
