Cant install file

Hello, Im aware that this is not the right forum, but what is? This seems to be the most active so I post here.

I just downloaded EZ keys and some file in the core library wont install.

I searched for online support but found out there is support only by email. That sucks. And where is the f*cking mail adress?????

Cant find it anywhere. Pleeease help me on this.
