    Very strange. No problems on my end. Probably just some temporary glitch, does it work for you now?

    No it still doesn’t work but now I get a different looking error . When I click on the link in my email for the superior update I now get a blank toontrack page with error ‘80020009’/header_asp, line 48. I’d post a screenshot but I ca’nt seem to get it to insert into the message .

    No problems here.
    I’ve looked at several pages on the main Toon site this morning.
    iMac here. OS10.5.8

    Same exact issue with my Macbook pro…I’ve cleared out cookies, wiped out my cashe, rebooted my MAC, still get those error as well. Would be nice to fix this so I can update my products. Any help out there on this?

    No problems here with different Mac OS’s, computers and browsers.
    Any chance of this being something blocking at your end, like firewall or even ISP?

    I’m having the exact same issue. Can someone please tell me how to fix this? I want to buy some products, but can’t do any research until the site works again. PLEASE HELPPPP!!!!! 🙂

    Hi,

    Please empty the cache and delete the cookies in your web-browser and it should work fine.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

    I have been trying to get the EZ Mix 2 bundle for days but I think something is wrong with the website. It’s not allowing me to finalize my purchase. Please see the attached photos. I hope someone would help me so I can move forward. Thanks a lot!
