Can't download PAID version of EZ Drummer 2 from Product Mgr or Website

Hi, I hope I’m in the right place.

I ordered EZD 2, and and the EZX Hits 1, received a receipt via email.

Via the Product Manager, I was able to download EZX. When I attempt to download EZD 2, I keep getting a “timeout error.” I’ve attempted a direct download from the Toontracks website, but nothing happens. The Download Status indicates that I’ve already downloaded EZD2, but that shouldn’t prevent me from downloading again, correct?

I’m not positive of the EZD2 version, SINCE I HAVEN’T INSTALLED IT. Sorry for the caps, but this is frustrating me to death. I’ve been at this for over TEN HOURS.

Do you have AVG virus protection or similar turned on? It might be blocking the download.

I think you nailed it. I totally disabled my AV Program (Total AV), but saw it running when I went to my Task Manager. I end-tasked it, and now I’ve successfully downloaded EZD2 + Update, via the Product Manager.

Did you pay full price for EZD2 and get the Number 1 Hits EZX free?

Quick update, Scott.

Support got back to me, and I was told I wasn’t eligible for the EZX. Not your problem, but I’m attaching a screenshot of the free offer, and people can make what they want of the language.
