Hello!
I’m trying to authorize my VST’s from PM, but it says “Authorization of failed. The server said: Unknown error occured.”
When I try to do an authorization and through the Toontrack website, this is the error message I get:
0: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to 10.1.23.122 port 82 after 0 ms: Couldn’t connect to server (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for http://10.1.23.122:82/encoder3
Is it me, or is there something wrong with your servers right now?
EDIT: When I try offline authorization via the website, I get this message: “Unknown error. Contact support for help.”
EDIT 2: When I try to authorize in my DAW (Reaper), by logging in through the prompt in the EZDrummer window, I get the same “Unknown error” message.
That’s good to know! Good to know that it’s a server issue, even though it’s annoying… I’ll try later today and see what happens.
Same issue here using both the web-based and app-based Product Manager.

there were some servers down during the weekend that caused authorisation problems for some users. It has been fixed.
