Cannot get the demo to work

I am very interested in trying out the ezdrummer program. I cannot get the program to work. It appears to be loaded, but is looking for a login. When I try to activate it tells me that the server connection is timed out. This happens every time.

one week has passed and I don’t have any support??? I was seriously going to buy this product if it does what I think it will for me. But is there no service?

Have you tried it again since your first try? Do you have any internet connections problems except for the EZdrummer 2 demo?

This is not good news, I was wanting to purchase this after checking the demo, but each time it timed out, and mine is a high spec computer.

Any news?? or any support at all?
