After deleting the EZBass vst2 in favor of downloading the vst3, I’ve run unto an issue. Product Manager (and the online version) will allow me to install the sound library, but when I attempt to install the VST2/3 and Standalone, I get an issue where it indicates the directory for the .msi file is invalid (please see attachment). I had tried extracting the zip file that is downloaded and running it as an administrator, disabling my antivirus, uninstalling EZbass and deleting all files related to it, and yet I still get the same prompt. This is extremely frustrating, so any assistance would be a huge help.
You can close this request. After viewing all hidden folders in my temporary directory, I was able to find the temp folder that Toontrack was utilizing, which was different than the one it wanted to point to through the installer. By doing this, I as able to redirect the installer and get it to work. Thank you for the prompt reply!
