Exactly as the title says.
Downloaded and installed the trial.
Tells me to copy a computer code.
Authorization page won’t accept it.
Asks for serial number I cannot find.
Just runs me in circles to to places I cannot find with info I do not have.
Won’t allow me to take a screen shot of the mess.
I am out of ideas, and am not a computer wiz, but I can follow instructions.
Do it all the time with software.
No idea what this wants me to do.
