cancel subscription!!!

I don’t see what I’m subscribed to that sends me, daily, emails of other’s questions about things I’m not at all interested in and don’t seem to be related to any question I’ve ever asked here. So that being said how can I turn off something I can’t locate?

1. click on the [Forum Profile] link at the top of any forum post.
2. click on the [Edit] link on the left sidebar
3. scroll down to the Subscription listing(s) and
4. ‘unsubscribe‘ from any or all topics/categories.

I thank you for the reply/answer but it did nothing and my Forum Profile shows no subscriptions but I just keep on getting these messages. So what am I to do now?
