I would like to know how to cancel an account.
I wanted to buy a product si I registered. But the verification code was not coming through (well, not fast enough for me so I could spend spend spend!).
Anyway, I thought it was that I used a gmail email account, so I used my internet provider email.
Turns out that it just took time, so now I’m registered twice, under 2 emails.
Is there a way to remove/cancel one of them, or is it there forever ever?

How long did it take toontracks to send you the verification code? I’m experiecing the same issue. So much for expecting a code within 24 hours in this age of high speed computers! 🙂 Trying to be patient.

I purchased the ezdrummer and nashville expansion pack (digital versions) through Guitar Center in Nashville, TN. I have received the serial #’s and the software keys from Guitar Center. The big issue is I’ve created an account at toontracks three days ago and have yet to receive an email with a “verification code” which is required when I log in. If I can’t log in I can’t digitally download the programs. Does it normally take more than three days to revieve an email from toontracks for this verification code?
You should receive the verification code within a few minutes. Does the email account it is being sent to have some kind of spam filter? Can you have the verification code sent to a different email address?
I just created an account here and got the verification code within a minute.
If it isn’t in any spam folder and you can’t have the code resent, it’s best to contact Toontrack directly via the Support Portal:

Hi Kraeezeu,
every page in the FAQ/Contact Support section has got a button to contact Support directly.
There can’t be a button to cancel accounts, which I’m certain you see why not.
